Six weeks to smash your fitness goals and get ready for summer!!!  This brand new programme uses tried and tested methods to improve your fitness levels, burn calories and leave you feeling GREAT!!

This programme is for you if you feel too busy to fit it all in and GET RESULTS, its simple, short workouts, small changes that add up to have BIG IMPACT.

Your programme includes a weekly workout on the BEACH, and if there’s anywhere that can make exercise feel good, it’s here in beautiful Southbourne!  You will also receive weekly Core workouts to make sure you are improving your core strength, help tone your waistline and improve your posture, and a home HIT video that can be completed in 10 minutes at home with no equipment.

You will also receive 6 Nutritional Goals – focusing on adding not taking away, to boost your energy and make sure you do not feel deprived.

This programme is for any women who’d like to improve their life – whether your a total beginner or a seasoned pro, this gives you something different each week and I’ll be there to keep you motivated along the way.

As this programme will use high intensity exercise, it’s probably best to give it a miss if you have any joint injuries that have not healed, or are under 5 months post-natal.
