1-to-1 Sessions

The FitLife and Strong to the Core are both available as 121 sessions, to deeply personalise the programmes and get you results, fast.

We will look at each aspect of your health, from lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition, daily movement and exercise to create a plan that works for you, including a plan to take away and focus on yourself.  This allows you to get better results, faster.

I also offer specialist women’s health training:

  • Pelvic floor for the non-exerciser – 3 sessions
  • Postnatal Recovery – 5+ sessions
  • Balanced 40’s – 5+ sessions
  • Motherhood movement – 5+ sessions

Repair

Using soft tissue techniques to reduce pain points, back, neck and shoulder pain, c-section scar pain, aid diastasis recovery, release tension from poor posture and any other niggles that you are holding on to.

I trained as a Sports Therapist so am well qualified to deal with a range of musculoskeletal injuries and issues.
